Hand drawn twitter icon

Final Result

Step 1

Open illustrator and create new document. Now draw a rounded rectangle with transparent border color & the fill color can be #2B2864 .

Step 2

Now by selecting that rounded rectangle go to effect menu and select scribble.

Step 3

Now you will get a pop up window with scribble settings, set the values according to the image in step 3.
Now you will get result like this.

Step 4

Now create new layer and draw another rounded rectangle with the same settings as a previous rectangle.

Step 5

Again by selecting the rounded rectangle give the scribble effect but this time in opposite angle.
(To better result make the stroke width as smaller than previous one).
Now you will get result like this.

Step 6

Now create new layer and draw the twitter “t” by using pen tool with white fill color and the border color can be #2B2864 .

Step 7

Now open the stroke window and make the stroke weight to 3.

Step 8

With the twitter “t” selected now open the brushes window and select the brush library in that
Select “Artistic >> Artistic –Chalk charcoal Pencil “.

Step 9

In Artistic –Chalk charcoal Pencil panel select the marked stroke line. So your twitter “t” now changed to something like shown in the figure.

Step 10

Now drag the twitter “t” to the middle of the scribbled rectangles now you got the hand drawn icon of twitter.
