Vibrant colors are pain for an eye. The designers choose those colors only for attractive. Some eye catchy title, attracting images, promotions etc..

Dark is most of them feel that negative color and sign for bad.

I don”t feel that. Even our RGB Garden color scheme also dark. I love dark.
In my experience, vibrant colors are only controlled by dark. Some of them did it very well.
